What is the beginning
commission rate and does it increase depending on your sales?
The initial commission rate is 30% on all your sales. In addition,
if you sell $1200.00 or more in a month you will get a 5% bonus sent
each month from the company. your 30% is money kept right away after
your show.
What would a Hostess
receive if she had $500.00 in sales at her party?
- $100.00 free products

any 2 catalog items at 1/2 price no matter what the cost

Free monthly hostess special (Huge discount for each $200.00 in
party sales)

Additional free products for each booking
Are the Hostess free or
half-off products paid by the company or the consultant?
All are paid for by the company.
Does the company have
individual websites available for consultants? If yes, can people
purchase products at your individual website?
Not yet, but websites are in the process of being created for
individual presenters.
What is the cost to the
consultant for an individual company website?
Not applicable at this time.
Do you receive a
percentage of the sales of your recruits? If yes, how much?

RECRUITING:
- 1 recruit 1% of everything they sell
- 2 recruits, 2 % of everything both sell

this pattern continues up to 6 consultants. For anything over 6 you
always get 6% of everything they do.

Once you get 10 under you and meet a few other requirements, you go
in to manager in qualification and have 90 days to become a manager.
Here is what happens as a Manager:
- You get a minimum of 13% commission on your direct recruits sales
and that can increase to 17% depending on the entire units sales.

When one of your recruits sponsors another person or their recruit
does and so on down the line, they ALL become part of your unit. No
matter how many levels it goes, they become part of your unit as an
indirect recruit.

As a manager you get between 7-11% commission on all their sales.
For example, if you sign up Sally, she is your direct recruit and
you will get a minimum of 13% of all her sales. When Sally signs up
Sue, you will get a minimum of 7% of all of Sue's sales, and when
Sue sign's up Jill you will get a minimum of 7% of all Jill's sales.
This can go on for an infinite number of levels!!!
In order to get your commissions etc, you have to meet your sales
quotas for your levels. These are the quotas:-
New presenters have to sell $100.00 every 3 months

Team Leaders- 3-9 people under you = $100.00 per month

Managers only $100.00 per month. Yes for all that commission etc...
all we have to have is $100.00 a month is sales and that quota never
increases!!!

A few additional items:

Shipping is just $1.75 per order

Visa, M/C, Discover accepted and the company pays for processing
fees

Managers get free conventions and meetings including hotel and air
fare paid for.

Trips are very easy to earn!!
As a presenter on my team you will also receive the following:-
A toll free # to call me for support anytime
A yahoo group for our team to have monthly optional chats/meetings -
I have flyers, business boosters etc. posted on the group

I will build your team for you!!! If you have a person interested
give them my toll Free # and have them give me your name. I will get
them started and sign them up under you. I will extend the same
benefits to them as you have from being on my team. This will also
follow to their recruits as well and so on.
